In winter, maintenance may access your deck/patio for snow removal to keep everyone safe—your cooperation is appreciated. The entire property is non-smoking/vaping (including balconies).
Special Note for Summer/Fall 2025 Guests: There will be roof construction on Building 3 (not Building 1), with possible daytime noise and scaffolding. We've lowered rates to reflect this, and all resort amenities remain open.
For EV drivers, Tesla chargers are a short walk away (J1772 adapter needed for non-Tesla vehicles).

Construction Notice
- SUMMER 2025 CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roof work on Building 3 will be underway from May through November 2025. During this time, there will be scaffolding on Building 3, but not Building 1 and construction noise is possible. Rates have been adjusted to account for this work.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check-in and check-out. No one will meet you at the property.
Property Access
- Key cards (in condo) required for access to indoor and outdoor amenities.
- Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildups and leaks. This is a homeowner's association requirement.
Amenities Access
- Indoor amenities (Building 3): Pool, hot tubs, saunas, and steam room open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM; fitness center open 24/7. Key cards (in condo) required for access.
- Outdoor amenities (between Buildings 1 & 2): Seasonal heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills, and fire pit (Memorial Day to mid-September, 9 AM–10 PM). Key cards required.
- A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
Shuttle and Transportation
- The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter. The property is a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
Parking Information
- There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot, a short walk from the condo. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed at these chargers.
- Free parking is available on site.
Policies and Rules
- The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- No parties or large groups allowed at this property.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return the written rental agreement.
